Advance Directive Workshop
What is an Advance Directive? Why is it important to me? Whether we’re prepared or not, some of us will face a time when we need to make difficult medical decisions. In some cases, we may be unable to make our choices known. This could happen later in life or sooner than expected due to an accident or illness. This FREE workshop will address your questions and help you complete an Advance Directive, which allows you to remain in charge of decisions about your medical care, even when you may not be able to speak for yourself. As important as completing the document, so is sharing your wishes. Family and friends are welcome to attend. Snacks will be provided.
