Scarecrow Fest features guided WallDog Walking Tours, Duck Raffle, DIY Scarecrow Kits, Free Pumpkins for the Kids, Car Show, Food Trucks, Sidewalk Sales, Craft & Vendor Fair, Live Music, & more! The Milwaukee Tool Shed Band is wrapping up the festival with a live concert at 7 pm at the Phoenix Park Bandshell.
