New Beginnings APFV, Inc. provides support and advocacy for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and sexual abuse - ages 5 to elders. We provide awareness, education, support groups & prevention while promoting a coordinating community response. We have a 24 hour crisis line. All services are free and confidential
